The Corporation of the County of Bruce Requires a Program Coordinator
for the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre Southampton, ON

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning, development, implementation and evaluation of relevant and engaging programs for the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre (BCM&CC), with the objective of increasing visitation and expanding the membership base. Programming will encompass cultural activities such as: music, drama and art, traditional workshops, seminars, lectures and presentations that relate directly to the Museum and exhibits. The Program Coordinator works with the exhibit team to develop dynamic and engaging programming including interpretative activities linked to the Museum’s permanent and temporary exhibits. This position is responsible for program administration, sponsor recommendations and packaging, budget administration (invoicing etc.) and reporting.

This Program Coordinator also oversees the Volunteer Program, supervising an administrative volunteer who assists with the volunteer recruitment, in-servicing, database maintenance, training, and appreciation. This is a permanent full-time position, working at the BCM&CC in Southampton.
