Job Description

We are looking for an ATIP and Integrity Officer!

As an ATIP and Integrity Officer, you are responsible for administrating the ATIP program in accordance with the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluently bilingual (French and English).

Minimum of 3 (three) years of relevant experience:
• Administrating, processing and interpreting the Access to Information Act, the Privacy Act and the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act;
• Analyzing a variety of documentation and providing advice;
• Liaising and negotiating with senior management, government officials, and investigative bodies;
• Conducting privacy impact and privacy breach assessments.

Knowledge of:
• The Access to Information Act and of the Privacy Act and Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act.
• The policies, regulations and guidelines related to the Access to Information Act, the Privacy Act and the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act.
• Crown Corporation governance and its roles and responsibilities are an asset.

Education: University Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, or a field relevant to the position, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
