TITLE: Program Facilitator – Lantern Exhibit
MAJOR ACTIVITIES: • Actively look for ways to engage guests • Encourage guests to interact with the activities • Oversee the safety of guests throughout the exhibit • Review information relevant to the exhibits • Provide information to guests about exhibits in an enthusiastic and informative manner • Answer questions from guests regarding the exhibits, programming, attractions, facilities and services • Ensure that exhibit areas are properly maintained and presentable at all times • Problem solving skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Available to work all 18 days of the fair, including evenings and weekends • Previous customer service or museum/gallery experience is an asset • Able to attend Mandatory Orientation Session(s) • Problem solving skills in addition to advanced customer service interaction
