Position available in Sudbury OR Thunder Bay

If this describes you, then you could be a Tour Planner in Science North’s Outreach Department! This role, in the Education and Northern Programs unit, is responsible for supporting Outreach operations by calling clients to offer the experience and booking visits in schools, libraries and community events. The Outreach Logistics Coordinator will complete contracts, plan details of trips, book accommodations, communicate with clients to ensure all needs are met and follow up on program evaluations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communications skills, attention to detail, customer focus, ability to work effectively in a team environment, professional sales & service skills and experience, computer and data entry skills and fluency in both English and French. This position requires the ability to work full-time hours with some evening/weekend work possible.
