We are looking for a dynamic, confident and inspiring individual to work with the Vice President of Advancement, to create, hire and provide leadership and direction to a new Philanthropy department. This position will lead all aspects of the fundraising and philanthropic initiatives and programs while creating and implementing strategies to develop and cultivate long-term meaningful relationships. The individual will work closely with the CEO, Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Heads Committee to support fundraising, while leading the Philanthropy team to develop strategies and deepen relationships in all segments of the philanthropic community.

The ideal candidate has a university degree supplemented with 5+ years of experience in a fundraising leadership role. You have direct involvement executing fundraising programs with an emphasis on leadership gifts in the 6-figure range. You are an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and demonstrated experience leading teams in multi-disciplinary environments to execute projects. As a member of the Heads Committee you have the ability to think strategically at an organizational level and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
