Griffin Art Projects seeks applications for the position of Marketing & Public Programs Assistant. Reporting to Director, and assisting the Gallery Manager and the Public Programs & Residency Coordinator, the Marketing & Public Programs Assistant will provide assistance with the development and execution of our ongoing public programs, outreach, and marketing efforts.


The ideal candidate for this position will be pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or a bachelor’s degree in another arts-related field. They will have excellent organizational and planning skills with demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines, competency in both the Office and Adobe suites, and design software as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in French is considered an asset but is not required.
