Job Description:

 

Under the direction of the Managing Director of the Foundation, the Development
Manager, Major Gifts, will support the development of major gifts strategies in order to
expand and diversify the donor base and generate new gifts from individuals. Prospect
and benchmarking research, identification of potential donors and cultivation strategies,
and providing writing support for major gift solicitations. The incumbent will also track
and manage the prospect pipeline, including generating and maintaining campaign
reports showing fundraising results against overall fundraising goals and project
budget, assisting with donor communication tools, organizing meetings with potential
and existing donors, and contributing to the recognition and stewardship of the existing
major donors’ portfolio
