The Corporation of the County of Bruce Requires a Marketing/Outreach Student
for the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre

This position runs a total of 8 weeks, beginning at the Museum in Southampton on June 27, 2018 and ending August 19, 2018. The position includes a two-day New Employee Orientation Training at the Bruce County Administration Building in Walkerton on June 4 & 5. The Marketing/Outreach Student provides marketing support through the planning and execution of promotional outreach activities at busy sites and events throughout local communities. Through networking and social media activities, the Student will raise awareness and engagement, driving interest in, and visits to, the Museum. In addition, the Student assists with special events and duties onsite, reporting to the Marketing Coordinator. Outreach activities, delivering some programming, and marketing take place across the County and require weekend and evening hours.
